We had such a fantastic time at 300 Tenth! The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach and all the great restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring. We even enjoyed some karaoke nights, what a blast!

Notably, the box spring creaked loudly every time you moved, turning simple actions into a noise fest. The bathroom had some maintenance quirks, including lighting issues and a dirty shower head. For those who need extra storage, the room lacked sufficient hooks and space, which can be inconvenient. Lastly, parking was a bit of a hassle, with limited spots available and tight arrangements.
